Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we aim to keep our cancellation and rescheduling process simple and flexible.

Changing Your Appointment

If you need to change your appointment date or time, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to offer another suitable appointment time.

Where possible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you no longer require the appointment, please let us know as early as possible so the time can be made available to another customer.

We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we will always try to deal with cancellations fairly and reasonably.

Late Cancellations or Access Issues

If an appointment is cancelled at very short notice, or if our assessor arrives and is unable to access the property, we may need to discuss whether an additional visit or reasonable travel charge applies before arranging another appointment.

This will always be considered individually depending on the circumstances.

Prepaid Appointments

If you have already paid for your appointment and need to reschedule, your payment can normally be transferred to the new appointment.

If you wish to cancel a prepaid appointment completely, please contact us and we will review the booking and arrange any applicable refund.

Access to the Property

Please make sure the assessor can access the property at the agreed appointment time.

If someone else will provide access, please ensure they are aware of the appointment.

Need Help?

If you are unsure whether you need to cancel or simply change your appointment, please contact us.

We will be happy to help arrange another suitable time.
